Days 62 and 63 (Tuesday & Wednesday): Nine weeks and I'm feelin' good
Yesterday and today were good days -- I had green juices both mornings, and that's always a good thing. Vegetable juice is probably one of the best things we can give our bodies, and I'm aiming to have one every morning, if I can.
Yesterday I had roast veggies and quinoa for lunch and some mashed avocado w/ balsamic vinegar on some kamut crackers for dinner. The day before that I can't remember what I ate ... but I think it was good stuff.
Anyway ... I'll pick up on this again -- right now I'm running for a train.
