RAW FOOD HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY: NUT MILK

Nut milk is great to keep on hand for those times when you have a craving for "comfort food" but don't wish to satisfy it with something cooked or processed (which -- let's face it -- most "comfort foods" are). You can add a banana or some raw cacao (just a wee bit as it's potent) -- or both -- and whip up a delicious "milk shake" and enjoy every lusciously rich sip without an ounce of regret!
